Services
NanoQR provides static and dynamic QR code generation, URL shortening, barcode generation, customizable templates, deep links, project organization tools, custom domain integration, and developer API access. Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not create links or QR codes that lead to illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, intellectual property violations, hate speech, or harmful activities. You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or API. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and technology belong to Nanobird Technologies Private Limited and are protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you create but grant us a limited license to store and process it for providing services.
API and Custom Domains
API usage must comply with your plan limits. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. You must have legal rights to any custom domain you connect. We may suspend API or domain access in case of misuse.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may change with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension. Applicable taxes, including GST, may apply.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoQR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, business losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of analytics data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kottayam, Kerala, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
